1. The Clock Management: Burning timeouts in the first quarter, failing to use them at the end of the half, and an overall baffling approach to situational football.
2. The Conservative Playcalling: Playing not to lose instead of playing to win. Soft zones on 3rd and long that surrender easy first downs time and time again.
3. The Lack of Fire: A sideline demeanor that rarely matches the urgency of the moment. We need a leader who rallies the troops when the ship is sinking!
Tampa Bay deserves better. The talent is there, but the coaching is holding us back.
